A better pessary, designed with women in mind
EV3 is reimagining pelvic organ prolapse care to restore comfort, choice and confidence for millions of women worldwide.

Pelvic organ prolapse affects 1 in 2 women over 50
What is pelvic organ prolapse?
Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) occurs when internal organs – like the bladder, uterus or bowel – shift out of place and press into the vaginal wall.
It’s common. It’s uncomfortable. And it’s often overlooked.
Too often, the solutions offered are outdated, painful, or impersonal. At EV3, we believe women deserve better – products that prioritise comfort, autonomy, and quality of life.
2.2 Million women in the UK are affected
EV3 is a mission-led FemTech company
Founded by a practising gynaecologist, our purpose is to restore dignity, comfort and choice for women living with pelvic organ prolapse. We’re challenging the status quo of outdated, uncomfortable options – bringing together medical insight, inclusive design, and lived experience to create something better.
